Protecting the children, from the snakes, has been emphasised by God & therefore, the Christian religion, for thousands of years. See how the feet of Mary, Mother of our Lord Jesus, bestride the world, standing on the neck of the serpent, the snake of Eden. This symbolism is incredibly influential, historically & actually harks back to when our species lived in trees & mothers would hold the babies & infants close, to, literally protect them from snakes..
This promotion, by Christianity, of the male & female ideals, went a long way to ensuring the prosperity, succes & more than occasionally, the relative peace, of western Europe, for centuries.

I recently experienced difficulties making payments to Rubin Report, so they've locked me out of my supporter status, I used the "contact us" to send them messages about this, hoping they'd sort it out for me while awaiting payment.
