Okay, so for supper I'm doing a pork stir-fry, with fresh limes, chilli, garlic, sea-salt & fresh coriander. Baby corn, Pak Choi, baby tomatoes, flathead mushrooms, green onions, sweet red pepper (capsicum) & fresh noodles. I sliced the pork shoulder steaks into strips & fried them with a Chinese spice mix + cinnamon-sugar.. the veg is all sliced into typical stir-fry strips & chunks..
